Responsibilities:
- Craft the vision and mission for our school, acting as the driving force behind its success.
- Be the charismatic face of the school, promoting its products and services to the community.
- Implement and uphold the school’s vision, effectively communicating it to the staff and ensuring compliance.
- Engage in effective communication with staff, maintaining a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Provide oversight for selected sales outlets, managing communication with customers, sales representatives, and suppliers.
- Monitor and adjust pricing as necessary, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Document product supply and supervise sales representation, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Exhibit trustworthiness and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Showcase dedication and hard work, contributing to the school’s growth and success.
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with the education sector and marketing/sales dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail to maintain the school’s reputation and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and adapt to changing circumstances.
